Steering Committee

Our staff has a strong commitment to serving the many constituents of our organization. But first and foremost, they focus their energies on those who take advantage of our programs and services.

The steering committee supports the work of the DCCR by carrying out the tasks and responsibilities of the larger collaborative:

  • Review/recommend DCCR membership
  • Review vision and mission for changes
  • Act on recommendations from Resource Group
  • Approve any data or report release
  • Serve as oversight for flex funding
  • Determine agenda items for Collaborative meetings
  • Approve collaborative training calendar
  • Approve needs assessment and evaluation data gathering objectives and measures
  • Facilitate data sharing among members or with other collaborations

How to join the Steering Committee

Process:

  1. Those interested in joining the Steering Committee should fill out the form below, which will go to the nomination committee. 
  2. The nominating committee uses a matrix to score applications.
  3. Top five recommendations will go to the full Steering Committee, who will select three. 
  4. All applicants will receive a thank you from the CAO of DCCR. 
  5. Selected applicants will be informed of their status and applicants not selected for this round will be asked if they would like DCCR to hold applications for next round or reapply.
  6. The members of the nomination committee are Steering Committee members and staff: Marian Fey, Phillip Burrell, Patti Jurjevich, and Deborah Dancer
